1. Ukuhlanza okuthambile

4. Yidla ukudla okunempilo
Ukudla okunempilo nokunomsoco kubalulekile ukuze isikhumba sibe nempilo. Qiniseka ukuthi uthola amavithamini, amaminerali kanye nama-antioxidants anele, njengevithamini C no-E, i-zinc, i-selenium nokuningi, ngokudla izithelo ezintsha, imifino, okusanhlamvu okuphelele kanye namaprotheni anempilo.
5. Thatha ikhefu njalo
